Wheat Intolerant

All  SANDWICHES can be made using our homemade gluten and wheat free bread. SOUPS are always gluten and wheat free please remember to ask us for gluten and wheat free bread for dunking! We haven’t had much success with gluten/wheat free pastry but have come up with a solution - FRITTATA (basically a pastry free quiche!) the filling will keep changing at the time of typing it is locally grown field mushroom and spinach.

Our FLAPJACKS do not contain wheat as doesn’t the Dime bar tart.  The orange and almond CAKE is fine for you. We are obsessed with finding and making new recipes so there is usually something new for you to try. All our icecreams are suitable for coeliacs
