We use the best quality ingredients we can find, using local suppliers & producers whenever possible. Our salad leaves are picked by Jen in Pensham and a lot of our fruit and vegetables come from Johns Allotment around the corner. We make most things ourselves but have come across some items too good not to use! Be assured that everything we sell is free from unnecessary additives & E.’s. and that we will always choose organic ingredients when possible. All eggs used in our recipes and sandwiches are free range. Mayonnaise is dairy free and free range. All chutneys & dressings are homemade, gluten & wheat free. Our meat is always British, bought locally and fully traceable. We use bread from a local bakery. We do our best to cater for allergies but cannot guarantee anything is nut or sesame free.
