I have found it quite difficult to be able to say that certain menu items are suitable for diabetics as there seems to be quite conflicting views about what is good and not so good for you. (I can never find two lists the same!) however we are more than happy to run through the list of ingredients to any of our dishes, don’t hesitate to ask. You will always find at least one SOUP and a STEW which is not swimming in cream and butter!
We don’t deep fry any dishes and always have wholemeal BREAD and BAGUETTEs in stock. The TARTs are made using wholemeal flour and we don’t have to put dressing on the SALADS if you don’t want us to. We make a sugar and fat free CAKE and sugar free wholemeal SCONES.
