We are a friendly and relaxed café serving food made using  the best quality ingredients we can find using local suppliers and producers. Everything we make and sell is free from artificial additives and E’s.  We specialise in  food for  food intolerances; our homemade soups and stews have no gluten or wheat in them and we always have dairy free alternatives available and vegan choices. We make bread suitable for gluten and wheat intolerant diets that is available for sandwiches and to accompany dishes. We have cakes suitable for coeliacs and diabetics, fat free cakes, and at least one vegan choice. Upstairs is e a honest book shop, and paintings by local artists. If you don’t have time to stop - all our food is available to take away, we have locally baked crusty bread for sale, olives, salads and all you need for an impromptu  picnic.
